Aeternum 3 Level Comp Plan
The Aeternum Comp Plan is a simple 3 level plan offers up a very effective version of duplication. Duplication is the first fundamental to building large downlines and it must be easy for the Rep/Distributor to do. A simple scenario is if I convince you to purchase products, I have met my first requirement in making the sale itself. You would be considered level 1 to me in my downline. I will be paid Level 1 percentage of the products you just purchased. My next obligation is to teach you to sell the products just as I did you and you shall earn a Level 1 percentage from your people, and I will earn Level 2 percentage from your people. Lastly, it is my responsibility to teach you how to teach your people how to sell the products to their people. Once I have completed those 3 simple steps, I have satisfied my minimum requirement of being a great Rep/Distributor.
Now, let’s give an overview of some simple basics.
Notice that you are only communicating with the person you are bringing into the business in three easy steps.
- Sell them product
- Teach them to sell products
- Teach them to teach their people to sell products.
You have now built the perfect Rep/Distributor, and you can move on to your next person.
Next you can divide the 2.5 percent Commission per sale across the 3 level equally like the example below.
